Keanan Eksteen and his band are a rock and roll group from Cape Town, South Africa. Known for their energetic performances and compelling stage presence, they've been steadily making their mark both locally and in Europe, blending classic and modern rock influences into a sound that's distinctly their own.
Since forming in 2021, the band has carved out a real place in the rock scene, crafting music that pays homage to legendary rock sounds while adding a contemporary edge. Their passion is evident in every performance and every song, resonating with fans across generations.In just over four years, Keanan and the band have achieved impressive milestones, including four European tours, with a fifth already booked for 2026.
Their first tour was a solo acoustic run, introducing Keanan's talent to intimate audiences across iconic cities. The second brought the full band to increasingly larger crowds. On their third tour, they co-headlined alongside Grammy winners Arrested Development at Sommer in der Stadt in Amberg, marking a significant milestone for the group. Their fourth saw them return to Hungary as one of the top acts on the bill. Now, for their fifth tour, they head back to Amberg to once again take the stage at Sommer in der Stadt.

Beyond the band, Keanan has pursued notable solo collaborations, most memorably performing alongside international EDM duo Goldfish at a sold-out show at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, one of Cape Town's most beloved live music venues.
Over the years, the band has shared stages with some of South Africa's most celebrated artists, including Matthew Mole, Aking, Fokofpolisiekar, Spoegwolf, Arno Carstens, and Ard Matthews.
Their discography includes the EP Forever, the album Golden Fever, and a growing catalogue of single, four of which reached number one on the radio charts. In an exciting next step, a selection of their music will soon be released on vinyl, CD, and tape. Their single "Dixie Clouds" has been a standout, with its music video surpassing half a million views and continuing to introduce the band to new audiences.
